What is owpsee?
Oneworld – platform for south east europe (owpsee) is a civil society network in the virtual online space. owpsee envision an active and efficient online community of the South East Europe unified in efforts to impact faster democratic developments and positive change within civil societies of the region, through interactive platforms and cooperation (at local, national, regional and international levels)
What is oneworldseepartner?
Oneworldseepartner is owpsee platform for owpsee partners and other NGOs in the region, with the purpose to establish networking and cooperation, present their work and find resources for their work. It offers resources, presentations, news from partners. Users can also find information about owpsee services, create a blog or apply for owpsee partnership.
All the contents are collected from our partners – local and international NGOs.
Who are the partner organizations?
Partners of owpsee are non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civic initiatives, associations, groups, collectives and movements and other representatives of civil sector in the region that agree with and work to further owpsee's mission. Partnership is open for international NGOs and media, research centres and academic institutions which work on specific projects in the region.

Who can’t be owpsee partner?
Organizations which implement activities that are significantly contrary to the owpsee core values.
owpsee supports changes by peaceful means, therefore, organizations directly or indirectly involved in use of violence have no place in our community.
owpsee respects all differences among human beings and will not accept organizations that promote intolerance on national or gender basis, as well as discrimination of persons with special needs, or on the basisi of sexual orientation or religious affiliation.
owpsee will not accept political parties as partners.
Profit organizations are not excluded in principle, but they will have to demonstrate the way in which their activities can contribute to the achievement of joint goals with owpsee.
owpsee reserves the right to refuse partners applications on the basis of editorial judgment, including the quality, updating of information, or relevance of the presented information on partners’ web sites. In case of refusal of your application, you will receive the specific reasons for such a decision.
What use will we have from joining?
By joining owpsee and oneworldseepartner site it will be possible for you to:
- Have an online presence
- Create a blog
- Become owpsee partner
- Promote and showcase your work
- Announce and promote planned events, activites, campaigns,etc.
- Source human resources (volunteers and staff)
- Access and share good practices
- Publish opinions and views
- Network with other SCO's

How to become a partner?

The interested CSOs, institutions, groups, collectives and movements can join as partners by filling in a simple form and accepting the basic conditions listed in the Partnership Agreement. Organizations should appoint one person to fill in the online form. That person will also be the contact point for owpsee.

What happens next?
Your application will be processed within a period of 10-15 work days. If you want, you can check whether we received your application by sending a message to email info(at)oneworldsee.org.
Once your partnership status is accepted and processed, we shall contact you to formally wish you welcome to our community.
If your application is not accepted (look at the “Who can’t become owpsee partner?” we will inform you about the reasons for that decision.
Would owpsee create a website for my organization if we become partners?
owpsee will not create a website for your organization if it becomes an owpsee Partner but will seek ways to create websites free of charge for local NGOs.
By becoming owpsee partner you become eligible to register a blog on oneworldseepartner site.
In addition owpsee supports partner organizations by providing training on creation of web-sites or provide hosting for their web site
I have great project proposal. Can owpsee finance it?
Owpsee works in cooperation with its partners on projects complementary to the owpsee goals, but it doesn’t finance projects.
