FLOSS Kosova is a Kosovar non-governmental organization established in order to support, promote and develop Free and Open Source Software, open and participatory knowledge, education in information technology, and open society using open communication standards. To meet its goals the organization holds an annual international conference.

FLOSS Kosova provides access to Free and Open Software and relevant knowledge to facilitate the distribution and localization in the local languages of Kosovo. It cooperates with local and international partners, the industry, academia and government for the purpose of advancing the goals of the organization.
